Sailing from Puerto Aventuras Marina

You will go sailing from Puerto Aventuras if you are located in Tulum, Akumal, and Playa Del Carmen.

Puerto Aventuras is a small gated marina community. That was built in the 1980s as a marina community and has become a quaint ex-pat haven.

The town of Puerto Aventuras is also a great place to stay, it holds a golf course, a marina, many shops, restaurants, and great private villa rentals.

Where do the sailing tours go?

3 hours sunset tours generally sail north up the coast. Occasionally you can do an hour of sailing, stop at La Bocana swim for about 45 min and then continue sailing another hour.

4 hours tours are our snorkeling tour, the tour will take you to what is known as both the Inha Reef. You depart the Puerto Aventuras marina and head to an undeveloped bay. There is the Inha Reef, a type of natural sanctuary where you snorkel with a variety of local fish, rays, coral reefs, and even sometimes turtles.

5-hour sailing charters are a combination of the Inha snorkel tour and the Bocana swimming stop. You exit Puerto Aventuras heading to Inha bay reaching the reef after about an hour. You will snorkel the reef for about an hour, have lunch, and then sail for an hour returning to a party stop at La Bocana, where you can swim and play.

Cozumel Sailing Charters are full-day 8-hour sailing tours, where you depart from the Puerto Aventuras Marina Sailing south to Cozumel’s Palancar Reef.
