Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten free Options

  VEGETARIAN/VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS FOR EACH COMPANY

Yacht Experiences:
They have options on the menu, for gluten-free they do not have bread but on the wraps, they do them with lettuce. If the client has a special request, we need to ask Ines. Normally if it is 1 or 2 vegans/veggies they can modify the sandwich selection for a veggie option with no cost.

Riviera Elite:  

Hummus and veggie crudites

Veggie/vegan patties (if the client is allergic to soy then we can do portobello burgers)

Mango ceviche

Veggie fajitas

Corn tortilla if needed for gluten-free

Gluten-free bread (this one should be requested at least 72 hours before)

Playacht:

Veggie quesadillas and guacamole

Vegan meals: humus and crudités, jicama ceviche and guacamole

Gluten free meals: shrimp ceviche, chicken fajitas and guacamole

Catamaya:
Vegan fajitas and burgers (ask before confirming with the client what they have available).

Beyond:
Vegetable skewers, 2 per person, instead of burgers.



Calypso:
Most times they will just change or add without extra charge the items for vegetarians or vegans. Ask when you request if it is ok to make the changes or special requests.

 Spinach salad (5 USD)

Vegetarian burrito (green and red peppers with portobello) (8usd),

Paradise:

1) Green Sandwiches

Gluten-free bread, cucumber, alfalfa germ, pesto, dehydrated tomato, avocado, mixed lettuce

And spinach

2) Hummus- Chickpea only.

3) Ceviche Mushrooms- Mushrooms, candied portobellos, tomato, onion, cucumber, pepper mix, coriander, lemon salt and pepper

For minors: Quesadillas: Flour and cheese tortillas.

If they have the Fajitas upgrade: they can have veggie fajitas, no problem. Just requested and advise Rei.


Cancun fun:

VEGAN CEVICHE TOAST This vegan ceviche recipe is made with cauliflower, quinoa and fresh herbs. It is seasoned with lemon, olive oil and sea salt.

VEGETABLE SNACK Fresh spinach, a few slices of tomato, well ripe avocado and sautéed mushrooms, spicy oil
